Nader Gubein  (AKA Nader Aboulgubein) - also of Tidewater Schutzhund Club   4400 Peach Road and affiliated with Raymond Werres Corporation   - advertises Impact Dog Crates - new in box.... But sells a cheaper knock off that is discovered once the item is unwrapped.

In the messages you will see Nader Gubein finally admit that the item is not the branded Impact Dog Crate but he tries to make the buyer believe it's just as good.  As the messaging continues he talks around the issues, indicates he purchases the crates without the brand name sticker,  blames the buyer, then changes his story that he never listed the item as "Impact" crate - that Impact is an adjective.  Impact Dog Crates are trademarked using Impact specifically.

He goes on to indicate that he's buying bulk orders of these crates and selling them in this manner.  Tries to pretend to just be a "dog guy".   As things unfold, it is discovered he is purchasing these in bulk and then reselling.  He is reselling them from the same location he represents that he is the President of a Dog Club that also charges members for member services.  These are his words in his messages.
